Accordingly, I guarantee that any items purchased from this site will meet their specification and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery unless otherwise stated.
If for any reason the item arrives damaged, do contact me right away and I will do my best to accommodate your needs. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order and wish to return it, do refer to the Return and Exchange policy below.
Returns and Exchanges
- If you are not happy with your HauteCorals order, do contact me within (7) days of receiving your purchase.
- No Refunds are provided. However, a purchased item can be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value, or receive store credit to HauteCorals.com (store credit to HauteCorals is valid for 12months).
- The original item must be returned in it’s original condition before the exchanged item will be sent.
- Earring components that pierce the ear and have been taken out of the original packaging are non-refundable due to health concerns. If a pair of earrings is part of a purchased jewelry set, then the price for the earrings will be deducted from the original price paid.
Purchased Items can be exchanged within seven (7) business days of receipt to obtain store credit, less shipping costs. After (7) business days of confirmed order delivery, items can no longer be exchanged.
- Exchanges must first be pre-approved.
- A exchange form along with an RMA code will be provided for approved exchanges.
- When sending back items, do ensure that the jewelry is securely packaged or in the original packaging to ensure the item is not damaged during shipping.
- All items must be in the original condition sold, and have a copy of the provided return form.
- The buyer is responsible for any return shipping.
- Exchanges will be processed within seven (10) business days of receipt.
RETURNS ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON CUSTOM MADE JEWELRY OR JEWELRY THAT HAS BEEN CUSTOM FITTED as the item has been fitted to the client’s specification. If you are not satisfied with your custom order, contact me to discuss the alterations that can be made to your custom piece.
