Shipping & Packaging
Store purchases will be securely packaged in a sturdy box or bubble wrap envelop to insure that shipments arrive in good condition. Gift Wrapping option is also available.
How Much is Shipping?
Shipping costs vary depending on the items that are in your cart and the location (country). You can view your shipping costs before you proceed to purchase.
“Free Ground Shipping” applies to all orders of $100 or more that are shipped within the continental US.
This offer excludes orders shipped internationally. This offer is applicable to only one destination per order. In addition, we periodically offer free shipping on all US domestic orders as a promotion. So be sure to sign up for our newsletter as our sales and promotions are announced via our newsletter and social media pages.
When will I get my order?
Orders can sometimes take 5-10 business days to process, package and ship your order. Majority of our products are made-to-order. This means we produce your items specifically for you when you order. We do not hold excess inventory or stock.
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please allow up to one week for your items to ship and 2-5 additional days transit time (from the day it ships) for delivery. The following shipping methods listed below are in effect at this time:
– Ground Shipping (will arrive in 3-5 business days)
– Overnight (will arrive the following business day)
– International: All orders shipped internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. We are not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.
There are exceptions to this arrival time especially around the holidays, so be sure to order early during high volume periods.
Shipments will be made to the shipping address provided via Paypal unless otherwise stated. So do check that your shipping address is correct.
An email notification will be sent when the order is shipped along with the tracking number so that you can get updates on the progress of your package.
If you order more than one item, it will be combined into one package.
Custom orders can take up to a month to complete but I will be in contact with you throughout the process via e-mail and let you know when it is shipped.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We accept returns for a refund or exchange within 10 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn and unused. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless the reason for the return is the fault of TribalGlam i.e – wrong item sent.
- Exchange requests incur a $4.95 restocking and reshipping fee
- Personalized/Custom and Clearance items are final sale.
